Cancellation policy:
- In case of cancellation up to 21 days before arrival: deposit will be turned into a voucher for a booking within the current year or the following year at the latest
- From 20 days before arrival to no show: deposit forfeited
- For the ‘NON REFUNDABLE’ rate in the event of cancellation, change or no-show the entire amount of the stay is charged
Arrival, no show:
Arrival must take place on the appointed day after 4 p.m. On arrival, the identity documents of all persons occupying the room must be shown for registration.
In the event of late arrival, the Client must notify the Hotel in good time; otherwise, the room shall be kept available until 10.00 a.m. the following day, after which the Hotel shall be free to rent it out to third parties.
Early departure:
The hotelier, in the event that the customer already accommodated cancels the agreed stay in advance - except in the case of documented force majeure - may demand from the customer the payment of the room for the entire period indicated in the booking (except in cases of fault attributable to the hotelier or his agents) net of any unused meals.
Price Calculation:Minimum 2 persons paying full price.
Reductions: 100% for children from 0 to 4.99 years | 40% for children from 5 to 13.99 years | 20% for the third person from 14 years onwards.

- Beach service (one parasol and two sunbeds per accommodation - service guaranteed from mid-May to mid-September)
- Use of the swimming pool park, multi-purpose field, fitness trail and playground
- Cleaning every other day (except kitchenette and crockery) with change of beach towels and bath towels; change of bed linen every 7 nights; on departure the houseboat must be left tidy, clean and free of rubbish, otherwise a final cleaning fee of € 80,00 will be charged

- Europa Card: discount card for Bibione Thermae, restaurants, shops and various activities
Extras:
- Drinks: drinks and beverages are not included
- Tourist tax: the price does not include tourist tax of € 1.00, payable per person per overnight stay from 12 years of age, up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights
- Animals: animals are allowed on request. In addition to a daily surcharge (more details on the ‘furry friends’ page), a deposit of € 100.00 is required, payable in cash at reception, which will be returned if there is no damage to the accommodation.
- Restaurant service: Buffet Free Service or table service at the management's discretion. At the management's discretion, dinner service may take place at a different hotel in the group.

In the event of force majeure or in special circumstances, the management of Europa Tourist Group hotels and aparthotels reserves the right to move the reservation, even partially, to one of our similar establishments at the same price conditions and with the same services.
